About this event

Join us for an intimate gathering at 7949 Lohn Rd, Halfmoon Bay, the studio of Writers Radio for a delightful brunch followed by readings and discussion with authors Liz Long and Caitlin Hicks, moderated by Gord Halloran, live music by Gary Sill.

This question is explored through the works of two very different Sunshine Coast authors with books published in 2023: Caitlin Hicks, A Theory of Expanded Love and Kennedy Girl (historical fiction) and Liz Long, Navigating Shitstorms: How to Find Your True Path When Life Gets Rough, (memoir/self help guide).

The readings and discussion, including audience participation, will revolve around the theme of how our childhoods influence the adults we become. They will be recorded for future broadcast, adding an extra layer of excitement. It's the perfect opportunity to mingle, enjoy some good food, and immerse yourself in the world of literature. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
