About this event

This is a continuation of ‘Transforming Pain into the Spiritual Path’. Buddhist teachings explain that our suffering comes about due to uncontrolled and painful states of mind known as delusions.

Each week we will continue to focus on how to deal with a particular delusion, among them – desirous attachment, jealousy, lonliness, distraction, low self- esteem … Learning practical methods to reduce the power of these delusions will allow us to experience a deep and satisfying emotional freedom, and give us skill to be the person we wish to be – positive, joyful, confident and loving. We will learn how to identify each delusion, and learn the opponent to each.

Each week includes Guided meditation, a talk, discussion & questions.

Everyone welcome!
