About this Event

It's been 5 years since the Truth and Reconciliation Commission released its final report, a year after holding its 7th and final National event in amiskwaciwâskahikan, also known as Edmonton. What has the commission meant for reconciliation over the past half decade?

Join The Local Good and Miranda Jimmy on June 10th for a panel discussion that reflects on how far we've come, and how far we have yet to go. Panelists include:

Ry Moran, Director of the National Centre for Truth and Reconciliation

Sharon Morin, Michif Cultural Connections Programs Director

Richard Feehan, MLA - Edmonton Rutherford and former Minister of Indigenous Relations

Miranda Jimmy, Moderator and Co-Founder, RISE - Reconciliation in Solidarity Edmonton

We're excited to co-present this important discussion. Please register in advance and help us spread the word!
