IMPORTANT: You will need to register before the event. Please plan accordingly as we will not be taking walk-ins for the event. Registration will close Friday July 26th at midnight.
Ultimate RC Adventure is hosted by Stephen and Brittany from Valley Ventures RC, GCM Racing, True North RC, and One10Hobbies. It is held on Valley Ventures RC private land in Eganville Ontario. The usual dirt track, onroad courses, and RC Truck comp and trails will be loaded with events through the weekend, as well as a special TinyTire scale course setup by GCM Racing and friends, as well as a mind bending Show and Shine Gallery hosted by True North RC in many different classes! Even more, Valley Ventures RC has offered some spots available for primitive camping on the land, as well as access to the pond for RC boating.
We are now accepting registrations for the URCA!
We will have OFF GRID camping tickets, dinner tickets for Saturday, t-shirts and hats. Valley Venture also has a BBQ running for lunch items you may purchase.
Coffee/tea will be available in the mornings, but no breakfast items.
Costs:
URCA - $50 - gets you Weekend Pass access to all events
Camping - $50 - Aug 2nd check in, OFF GRID, trailers or tents, generators, bbq are allowed
(camping is PER UNIT, not per person. Example: 1 Camping fee for 3 people in a trailer)
Saturday Dinner - $20 - Pulled pork sandwich, Corn of some sort, potato salad, drink, and dessert.
T shirt - $30 - Pre Order ONLY
Hat - $30 - Pre Order ONLY

Fri - Early bird driver/racer check in, campers, vendor setup, NIGHT RUN for RC trucks
Sat - Check in/Tech 8am, Show-n-Shine Gallery, Crawler trails, Sled Pull, Race events, Dinner, Night Run for RC trucks
Sun - Drivers meeting 8am, Race finals, Team Challenge, Sled Pull, Awards and prizes
Events are scheduled throughout the days and we will release a detailed schedule closer to the Aug weekend.

If off-grid isn't your thing, there are many campgrounds around the area.
Serenity Bay Cottage and RV resort, Cedar Beach resort, Smiths Bay Campsite, and many more.
For Hotels, check out Egan Inn, Bonnechere Valley Inn, and Sands on Golden Lake. Pembroke and Renfrew are also only about a 25 min drive, and have more options as well.
Be Prepared!
We currently do not have services for battery charging!! Some charger power will be available at the camp site thanks to GCM Racing. Washrooms will be available at the Camp area as well as the Driving areas. Camping sites will have 1 centralized fire pit provided by Valley Ventures RC, but all campers may have a BBQ.
You will need to bring or shop for water and food. There will be some available at Valley Ventures RC as well as in town a minute away.
