If I can't move well in yoga poses should I still attend?

YES!! This event is for all body types and abilities!

I find it hard to sit on the floor for long - what should I do?

We can sit on chairs and also make sure every pose has a modified version. Bring cushions!!!

YES! you will pair up only after we start. Most people are attending alone

YES. Feel free to transfer your ticket to a friend if you are unable to attend
