Graeme Cunningham, Modern Niagara

Graeme is part of the Energy Solutions team at Modern Niagara, Canada’s largest mechanical and electrical contractor. With more than a decade of experience supporting sustainable development and renewable energy, Graeme has a passion for climate action and energy efficiency, which he brings to working with Modern’s clients, helping them to design, develop and deliver deep energy retrofits and decarbonization of their properties.

Josh Milgrom, Lash Condo Law

Josh is a partner at Lash Condo Law LLP whose experience spans all things condo. He is actively involved in the condo industry, a frequent speaker at CCI and other industry conferences and seminars, a member of the CCI-Toronto, CondoSTRENGTH Committee, and contributor to various industry publications. As the past president of his condo corporation in downtown Toronto, Josh learned first-hand about being a director – and gained valuable insight into what directors want from their lawyers

Luka Milidragovic, Morrison Financial

Luka is an Associate at Morrison Financial, responsible for the origination and management of condominium corporation term loans all across Canada. He supports condo boards faced with reserve fund shortfalls and special assessments/levies by customizing and arranging a financing solution that suits their needs. Morrison Financial is a private lender formed in 1987 and was responsible for what is believed to be the first loan to a condominium corporation in Canada in the year of 1992. The firm has continued to service the industry nation-wide ever since.

Matt Zipchen, Efficiency Capital

Matt is the President of Efficiency Capital. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Public Policy. He has two decades of experience in ‘net-zero’ project development and investment, including energy efficiency, renewable energy, waste-to-energy, energy storage and renewable ammonia. Over the past decade, Matt has earned Clean15 and Clean50 awards for developing alternative finance strategies for implementing net-zero projects, including innovations in structured project finance and impact investing products such as Canada’s first RRSP-eligible community solar bond.
