Yes. You can get the early bird discount if you register before the early bird registration deadline (31/05/2023).
You can pay using any major credit card.
We will not have an option for paying onsite unfortunately.
All tickets must be purchased 7 days before the event (or until the maximum number of places has been reached - 200)
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds for conference registrations. But you can transfer your ticket to another person. To initiate a ticket transfer, please notify us in writing via email at: info@visiblewomenconference.com .work – typically 2 weeks before the conference.
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are responsible for their own accommodations and travel costs.We will be providing information on possible accommodations and things to do in our beautiful city as we get closer to the event.
Yes. We’ll have a videographer for our replay recordings, a photographer throughout the day. The photos from the conference will be used for marketing and social media purposes for VWC 2024.
