About this event

If you are unable to get a ticket for a boat tour, you are welcome to join the standby list on the day of the tour in case there are no-shows.

While onboard, we'll show you our vision for the future of the waterfront – with pictures – and you’ll see some of the amazing things that can be done through a model of collaboration with our public and private sector partners.

On the tour, our guide will point out key places along the water’s edge from Portland Slip through to the Port Lands and provide insights into the history of our waterfront, information on the revitalization of our waterfront - which is now underway - and a description of the vision for the waterfront of the future.

Toronto Harbour Tours will be facilitating the tours. The tours will take 1 hour and will depart from Toronto Harbour Tours (145 Queens Quay West) at 11:15am and 12:15pm. Please register for the tours and show your ticket to the volunteer at the Waterfront Toronto flag near the ticket box to gain entry to the tour for the date and time you select. At the end of the tour, passengers will be dropped off where they boarded the tour.

Thank you to Nieuport Aviation and the Waterfront BIA for sponsoring this year’s tours.

Please ensure that you register each individual that will be joining you on the tour. Duplicate names will be removed from the registration list.

Space is limited on the vessel. Please leave large items (ie, strollers) at home.

Waterfront Toronto is working to revitalize the lands by Lake Ontario, transforming past industrial sites into thriving neighbourhoods that support economic vitality and enhance quality of life. Our mandate comes from the three orders of government; our resources come from both public and private sources.

Together, we are building a series of beautiful, sustainable and innovative communities that will ensure that Toronto’s waterfront is a place where everyone can live, work and play.
