About this event

Clinical counselling supervision should be feminist, and it should be fun.

This weekly, 50 minute group consultation for current (and prospective) counselling supervisors is hosted by Jennifer Hollinshead, MA, RCC-ACS, CCC-S (she/they). In addition to their trauma therapy practice with clients, Jennifer teaches clinical supervision to experienced therapists at the foundational and advanced levels, provides supervision of supervision, and group supervision of supervision.

In intersectional feminist therapy, the client, counsellor and supervisor are all transforming away from harmful oppressive systems. Feminist supervision also explores the roles and responsibilities of supervisors to society and the world as a whole.

This group is offered at an accessible rate for mental health professionals - please email admin@peak-resilience.com if you have questions.

Loose Structure of Our Group:

  1. Check in
  2. Theme/topic for discussion
  3. Case discussions, ethical dilemmas
  4. Zooming out – what if all supervisors practiced this way? What could happen in the world?
