Yeast is one of the most overlooked and misunderstood ingredients in brewing. And yet, without yeast, there is no alcohol and there is no beer! Join yeast experts for an interactive tasting where we will explore the myriad of flavours different yeast strains can impart into each beer. Bonus - you’ll learn what we mean by Fizz, Flocc, and Funk!
