Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Yes. Museum of Dufferin, located in Mulmur, is wheelchair accessible. The MoD is equipped with an accessible entrance door and elevator. All galleries are wheelchair accessible, with the exceptions of the 2nd storey of the 1881 Dufferin House, and Crombie’s Train Station.
