About this event

  • 2 hours

Odd couple sisters Glenda and Suzanne are used to spending laughter-filled days on their Manitoulin Island porch, selling homemade jam and orchestrating sightings of their handsome veterinarian neighbour. But this summer, a visit from Suzanne’s daughter, Beth, is going to complicate things. Not only do mother and daughter clash over everything, but the sisters have been harbouring a weighty secret they can no longer contain. When Beth arrives with some secrets of her own, a frantic week ensues, involving a wild wedding, medicinal experimentation, and a budding romance — all leading the women to face things that will change their lives forever. A hilarious and honest story about family, secrets, and making sweet, sweet… jam.
