Two years ago, local author Nelson Boschman released his first book, The Growing Season: Contemplations on Wine and the Soul… a closer look at the transformation that occurs from grape to glass, and what that process can teach us about what it means to flourish as human beings. Boschman has teamed up with Mt Lehman Winery and Downtown Abbotsford's Open Space to bring you a unique community event you won’t want to miss. We’ll taste delicious local wines, hear stories and readings from The Growing Season, and share an evening of connection with our neighbours and friends.
The Growing Season books will be available for purchase at the venue, or include it as part of your event ticket to get a discount.

About Nelson Boschman: Nelson is a writer, spiritual director, retreat facilitator, jazz musician, wine enthusiast, husband, and father of one. He grew up in Abbotsford and currently lives in Vancouver, British Columbia. He is the pastor of spiritual formation at Artisan Church, and a partner of SoulStream.
