What is the WITS Bootcamp?

The Women in Tech Sales (WITS) Bootcamp is an industry-vetted leading sales training academy that was established in 2018. Over 540 women have participated in over 30 bootcamps helping companies like Softchoice, Salesforce, Dayforce (formerly Ceridian), Clio, Moneris, Tulip, Sada, Intuit and many other top employers hire more women in tech sales.

What is the WITS First Time Manager course?

The 3-day WITS Leadership program enables you with the skills you need to make the transition from individual contributor to business leader. The program focuses on developing people leadership capabilities, and evolving your business acumen, with clear steps to align to the desired business outcomes.

The results are confidence, community, and knowledge that will support your growth in management and people leadership.

Day Two - 12:00 - 3:45 PM EST

People & Talent Strategies

  • Managing your stress behaviors

Business & Customer Management

  • The business of sales; challenger sales & powerbase selling (sales & influence skills are key to any role!)
  • Managing meaningful meetings
  • Delegation of authority & holding others accountable

What is the goal of the WITS Leadership bootcamp?

Our purpose is to dramatically increase the number of women in leadership positions and evolve the IT industry to align with the world it supports.

With only 6% of tech sales leadership positions currently held by women, we have an incredible opportunity to introduce you to what is possible with a career in leadership and create opportunities for growth along your career journey.

Who is facilitating the course?

Jenn Cutajar is a talented and skilled Fortune 500 executive and certified professional coach with two decades of experience in cloud software, services, and consulting sales.

She brings a wealth of knowledge with particular strengths in areas such as enterprise sales, digital transformation, operational best practices, and talent and leadership development.

Jenn has worked as a leader at organizations such as PeopleSoft, SAP, Microsoft and Queen’s University. Over the last two decades, she has been dedicated to developing top-performers and empowered teams resulting in exceptional business results. Jenn is also one of the key facilitators of the WITS Bootcamp.

In 2019 Jenn founded Clear The Noise Coaching Inc. Clear The Noise Coaching focuses on one-on-one and group coaching and training programs supporting career development, sales training, leadership and executive presence.

Jenn has a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree from Queen’s University. She is certified as a coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) – Professional Certified Coach (PCC), has completed the Erickson International - The Art & Science of Coaching - securing the Erickson Certified Professional Coach designation, and is a certified Birkman consultant.
