In this workshop, experienced paper artist Silvia will guide you step by step to create a letter monogram on canvas. You'll enjoy the art of paper quilling, rolling one paper strip into a coil at a time. You’ll learn techniques to build layers of intricate details, explore the possibilities of paper design, and discover Silvia’s top tips for working with paper.
All materials will be provided. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted with a cup of delicious hot chocolate with a special Mexican touch at this lovely boutique Cafe.

About the artist: Silvia Pinto, an accomplished instructor and accredited visual artist based in Calgary, has a deep-rooted passion for creativity and a commitment to empowering others. Silvia’s journey in the arts has led her to become a dedicated teacher. Her love for crafting sparked her passion for teaching, inspiring her to master various craft media including paper quilling, cardmaking, art journaling, mixed media, and more. With over a decade of experience as a program facilitator, Silvia has honed her skills in guiding individuals of all ages to embrace their creativity and unlock their artistic potential.
