Feeling uncertain or stressed about the current job market? Wanting to find work, but don't know where to start? We can help you launch your career journey!

We can support you whether you:

  • are seeking your first job
  • don't have a lot of experience
  • have been laid off
  • had your hours cut-back
  • dropped out of school
  • are a recent graduate stalled in your job search
  • or you are not getting callbacks or interviews

We are currently recruiting 17-29 year olds who experience mental health (such as stress, anxiety, depression, etc.) as a barrier to employment to learn new skills and help kick-start their careers. Our next cohort for the online Youth BEAT BC(Breakthrough to Employment and Training) Program, servicing areas such as Kamloops, Merrit, Salmon Arm, Vernon and more, starts in May. Sign up for one of our upcoming information sessions-- more dates will be added closer to the start date. If you need help with accessing technology to attend online - let us know, we can help!
