Join us in welcoming summer with an ALL LEVELS yoga practice loving Lake Erie's views and breeze, followed by a delicious glass of Sprucewood wine and our famous appie buffet.

Our friends from Project Hope will be joining us after yoga for a quick discussion on their organization and how it works

* Gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options will be available on the buffet*

* *Ticket price includes : yoga class, a glass of wine, appetizer buffet, and a donation to Project Hope food pantry in Harrow.
