This a beautiful class every wednesday at 7.30 to find your Zen through breathing , meditation and gentle Hatha yoga poses. This practice encourages a mindful exploration of postures suitable for all levels, amidst an energizing combination of movement and flow.. we will be practicising 30 minutes of movement through heart, back and hip opening postures to stimulate the flow of oxygen followed by 15 minutes of guided breathwork and a 15 minute guided meditation to aid in reducing anxiety, insomnia, restlessness, depression and aches and pains. Suited for both beginners and advanced yogi's to promote optimal mental health and calmness"
We have ample free parking at the studio and the studio is in the Heart of Mississauga.
