As a steward of The Space, Maggie helps shape the studio as both sanctuary and gathering place — a refined environment for rest, expansion, and meaningful connection. Her leadership blends intuitive depth with grounded operational experience, creating offerings that feel elevated, thoughtful, and deeply human.
Maggie specializes in private and semi-private yoga and mobility sessions designed for those seeking personalized, high-touch support. Her work focuses on restoring range of motion, building functional strength, improving longevity, and creating sustainable movement practices that integrate into real life.
In addition to her movement-based work, Maggie offers private Reiki and Sound Healing sessions for clients seeking nervous system regulation, energetic recalibration, and deeper inner alignment. These sessions are spacious, attuned, and intentionally tailored — blending subtle energy healing, therapeutic sound, breath awareness, and intuitive guidance.
