Meghan De Jong is a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and whole foods based chef, based out of Vancouver, B.C. Meg helps bring awareness to the connection between mental health and physical health - with a special focus on teaching people how their nutrition can be used as a tool to manage their anxiety. Meg brings a warm and passionate energy to her events which are highly informative, applicable, and loads of fun! In her spare time, you can find Meg in the garden growing vegetables or in the kitchen crafting up delicious healthified recipes with whatever is in season!
