Add attendees manually

Use "Add Attendees" to offer complimentary tickets, tickets at a discounted rate, or register on an attendee's behalf. Fees are not charged on manual orders. You also need to collect any monies directly from the attendee for manual orders. To get started, go to your Event Dashboard. Then select "Add Attendees" (under "Manage Attendees").

NOTE: You can't edit completed orders to include additional attendees. Attendees can purchase online or you can add them manually and collect payment offline.

1. Log into your account.

Go to "eblink{Manage events=> target=_blank}" in your account.

2. Select your event.

NOTE: Eventbrite Music — if you’re not defaulted to the Events page (where events for the selected organization show), eblink{switch your organization=>} in the top-right of the screen. Then click “Events”.

3. Go to "Add Attendees" (under Manage Attendees).

If your eblink{event schedule has multiple dates and times=>}, first choose a date in the "Occurrences" dropdown.

4. Set the payment type.

Use the drop-down menu to select how the attendee paid for the order: • Paid with check • Paid with cash • Paid directly online PayPal • Paid online non-PayPal • Complimentary • No payment necessary • Paid with Voucher • Paid Directly By Credit Card • Paid Directly By Debit Card • Other

5. Enter the number of tickets ordered (in the Quantity field).

6. Review the "Amount Paid" and "Total Paid".

The "Amount Paid" and "Total Paid" fields show the ticket price multiplied by quantity. Edit the result if you need to make adjustments.

7. Select "Continue". Then fill in registration information.

8. Click "Place Order".

You're taken to the eblink{Orders report=>} when the order completes. Set the "Order Type" to "Manual Orders" to see all manually-added attendees and export the information as a .CSV, Excel (.xlsx), or Text file.

9. Additional Information.

• As the event organizer, you can override ticket quantity and event capacity limits. Be careful not to oversell your event when using "Add Attendees". • Adding attendees to eblink{reserved seating=>} events assigns the best available seat. • Add attendees to completed events to make sure all attendees reflect in event reports. • Add yourself as an attendee to see what your event's registration form looks like. Then eblink{delete=>} or eblink{refund=>} the manual order.
