This FREE weekly program will be led by by one of two varying instructors Sean or Bhuvan, alternating each week. These alternating classes will allow you to experience various breathwork modalities and philosophies.
Classes led by Sean
Sean will lead breathwork classes informed by Wim Hoff, and more western techniques. He is a Certified Ontario Board Teacher and worked as a Professional Life & Leadership Coach. Sean has trained in person with a Wim Hof instructor and has completed Breathwork Fundamentals with Dan Brulé online. Sean regularly leads Breathwork sessions in the "Wim Hof Toronto Community" Group.
With Integrated Breathwork with Sean, you will learn techniques to relax and energize your body, focus and expand your mind, regulate emotions, awaken intuition, and directly experience the spiritual dimension of life.
Classes led by Bhuvan
Bhuvan will lead breathwork classes informed by the Ancient Yogic Pranayama Breathwork, along with Meditation. Bhuvan has his 200+ Hours in Yoga Teacher Training.
Pranayama classes with Bhuvan will comprise of different breathing practices to breathe with our full potential and harness universal cosmic energy in the form of “prana” which is our vital life force followed by a sequence of mantras.
Bhuvan's Sudarshan Chakra Kriya Yoga classes will help you explore a profound form of guided practice from an ancient form of cyclic yogic breathing, followed by meditation and a sequence of mantras.
Breathwork Contraindications: Some styles of breathwork should not be practiced if you are pregnant, have Epilepsy, high blood pressure, coronary heart disease, or history of serious health issues such as heart failure and stroke, or have any symptoms of respiratory illness such as cough or congestion. Modifications may be possible to accommodate some of these depending on severity. If in doubt, consult your medical practitioner.
