Event description
Hands on instruction on how to temper chocolate and make rolled truffles and molded chocolate bars.

About this Event

Learn the ins and outs of how chocolate is made and how to temper chocolate easily at home. Practice your new skills to make molded chocolate bars in dark chocolate with different add in ingredients. and rolled truffles to take home.

This class is 16+.

*This class is a prerequisite for our hand painted chocolate truffles class.*

Please note that you have the option to purchase your own bar mold to use during the class and take home, as well as extra chocolate to practice with, either at home or during the class. Milk and white chocolate tempering will be discussed, and if you wish to try tempering either milk or white, please purchase a kilo of the type that you wish to temper. We will provide you with loaner molds, and enough dark chocolate to cast a set of bars and roll a dozen salted caramel truffles.
