Building Generational Wealth: Honouring Our Past, Investing in Our Future

Led by Busola Fagbebe, this workshop explores the principles of building and

sustaining generational wealth within Black communities. Participants will gain practical

insights into financial literacy, wealth-building strategies, and legacy planning, while

reflecting on historical barriers and modern opportunities. This session is designed to

empower individuals and families with tools to create lasting financial stability and

economic freedom for future generations. The workshop will create an open and

supportive space for learning, dialogue, and empowerment, encouraging participants to

build confidence in managing finances and to explore pathways toward economic

independence and long-term prosperity.
