About this event

Join us for the CXD Certification event! This is your chance to become a Certified Experience Designer (CXD).

This week will help you engage with your peers, learn with hands-on activities, and interact with the instructor to build on the UX knowledge you may already have. Feel confident in your know-how in UX so that you have the confidence not only to explain what UX is but also to apply UX learnings in a tactful and meaningful way. Our expert speakers will share their insights and guide you through the essentials of creating delightful user experiences.

What you will learn

Customer and user experience research techniques and approaches
Information architecture principles and methods
The value of interaction design and when and how to apply it
How to identify and apply visual psychology principles and how this contributes to compelling storytelling

Who should attend

This course requires limited prior UX knowledge. Recommended for business analysts, graphic designers, interaction designers, UI/UX designers, product designers and anyone looking to expand or update their skills.

Spanning from Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm (Eastern Standard Time)
This full training week is offered both in-person, at Akendi headquarters in downtown Toronto, or Live Online, from the comfort of your own home office.
