This powerful evening explores teen mental health, the impact of screens and social media, and practical, evidence-based ways parents and schools can better support youth.

SCREENAGERS: NEXT CHAPTER takes a thoughtful, real-world look at stress, anxiety, and depression in today’s teens. Through personal stories, expert insights, and school-based approaches, the film offers tools to help build emotional resilience, improve communication, and support teen mental wellness in a screen-filled world. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion featuring local counsellors and students, creating space for reflection, questions, and meaningful community dialogue.
