Tier 1 System Navigator Training

This training provides an introduction and overview of the Lethbridge ICA System, and where to turn for resources for individuals that you might be supporting, whether that’s through work, or your personal life.

Conducted virtually this training will walk you through the Lethbridge ICA Website, and showcases how to connect with the larger ICA Network when needed.

Note: System Navigators only need to take the Tier training that the organization has identified, i.e. you don't need to take Tier 1 SN training before you take Tier 2 SN training.
