Jeremy Kenerson
I’ve spent 16 years helping small businesses thrive by simplifying funnel marketing and streamlining design and tech support. I’m so passionate about giving entrepreneurs the tools they need to scale without sacrificing what matters most—their time, their freedom, and their connections with the people they love.
My journey began at Keap (formerly Infusionsoft), where I led sales teams and mastered the art of online lead generation. I saw firsthand how turning traffic into conversions could transform businesses, but I also witnessed how easily entrepreneurs can get caught in the grind, losing sight of the bigger picture.
In 2013, I took a leap and launched my own digital agency to tackle a challenge I knew so many faced: how to build a high-performing team without skyrocketing costs. The problem was that it was way harder than it looked, everything was a priority and none of the revenue producing tasks were getting done. So I was on the feast or famine rollercoaster. I’d get clients, and then need to hire people to fulfil, then I didn’t have enough money to pay the bills so I’d go on a rampage to get clients in the door and that cycle continued to suck the life out of me for years.
I was working 14 hour days, leaving for the office before my kids woke up and by the time I got home they were already in bed. I was working weekends and missing out on all their “Firsts”, missing out on their games and practices. Then one day I was driving home after work and the song "Cat's in the Cradle" came on and hearing how the father is the song sounded just like my dad when I was growing up, and I saw that I was the kid doing the same thing to my kids and I just broke down and started sobbing like a baby. That’s when I knew I had to do something different or I was going to wake up one day with nothing but regrets instead of memories. I knew I needed to build a business that allowed me to be present for my family while still making an impact. That vision became the foundation of DeskTeam360.
Then by some divine intervention I ended up reading The 4-Hour Work Week, I embraced outsourcing as a way to reclaim my time and, more importantly, my freedom. That decision didn’t just change my business—it changed my life.
Today, I lead a team that’s completed over 60,000 tasks for our clients, saving them more than 180,000 hours of work and helping generate an average of $20,000 in additional profit within their first 120 days. We offer the power of a full-scale design and tech team—graphic designers, web developers, and tech virtual assistants—at a fraction of the cost of hiring just one assistant.
If you’re like me, you know how precious time is. You want to build something meaningful without missing out on what matters most.
