Burgundie's

Burgundie's is a creative studio space in Petersburg, Virginia that offers a range of classes and events with the sole purpose of encouraging community, creativity, and conversation. Burgundie's offers yoga, meditation, art, writing and other types of classes and workshops. Our writing group meets (nearly) weekly and has both an in-person and online option.

Note: As of May 30, 2026, Burgundie's is no longer a wine cafe. Wine and food are no longer served. Attendees have access to Afterglow coffee, Davidson's Organic Teas, other non-alcoholic options. You are welcome to bring in food from home or from other Petersburg establishments as long as food is appropriate for the event. (It's not for a yoga class, for example.) We encourage supporting Petersburg businesses! Check out Maria's, Tramanto's, Buttery Baking House, Buttermilk Bakery, Demolition Coffee, Market Street Coffee, Wabi-Sabi, Brickhouse Run, and other places around town. They all offer take out!
