Bowie Solutions is an Indigenous-owned consultancy dedicated to strengthening cultural capability and delivering meaningful, community-informed learning experiences. With deep Torres Strait Islander knowledge and a commitment to cultural excellence, we support organisations across Queensland and Australia to build respectful, confident and culturally aware workplaces.
Our work spans cultural capability training, strategic advisory services, community engagement, and Torres Strait Islander content development. Each program is designed and delivered by experienced facilitators who bring lived experience, authentic knowledge and practical insight.
