Disciples Escoffier USA – Colorado Chapter is the official Colorado delegation of Les Disciples Escoffier, one of the world’s most respected international culinary associations. Disciples Escoffier USA was founded in 1954 to honor the legacy of Auguste Escoffier.
The organization brings together chefs, hospitality professionals, producers, and gastronomes who are committed to culinary excellence, mentorship, cultural exchange, and philanthropy. Through curated events, formal induction ceremonies, and charitable initiatives, Disciples Escoffier celebrates the transmission of culinary knowledge while supporting communities and the next generation of chefs.
The Colorado Chapter is led by Chef Yvan Heraud, veteran French chef and culinary ambassador and serves as a platform to elevate Colorado’s chefs within an international gastronomic network while supporting local charitable causes.
