Terrence Ruggiero
Terry Ruggiero is a hospitality professional and founder of GLRP CO., with nearly two decades of experience behind the bar and in private event service. He has worked across high-volume bars, intimate cocktail programs, and premium off-site events, with a focus on fundamentals, efficiency, and repeatable systems.
His approach to cocktail training is rooted in real service conditions — emphasizing mise en place, balance, ice management, and clean execution over trends or spectacle. Terry currently operates cocktail and raw bar programs on Nantucket and is developing a series of instructional classes focused on professional technique and workflow.
