I found PSYCH-K® after hearing about it through Bruce Lipton (author of “The Biology of Belief”). At the time I felt as though certain areas of my life were imploding, I was in overwhelm and significantly stressed.

I am a Mother,  friend,  business woman, wellness facilitator,  student and teacher.  There were many areas in my life I wanted to feel more at peace with, or that I wanted to stream line and navigate a little easier.

Having learnt PSYCH-K®  and applied the processes to create positive changes in my own life, and then with clients, I really wanted to be able to teach others. So, I undertook the Instructor training with Rob Williams, the originator of PSYCH-K®,and now feel so grateful to be one of the almost 50 Certified Instructors worldwide.
