I Am Root® is a dynamic lifestyle brand and production house dedicated to elevating the local, underground, and emerging creative arts through unique events and original media content across the Phoenix Metro Area.

Rooted in our mission—Inspiring All of Mankind by Restoring Often Omitted Traditions (IAMROOT)—we have successfully curated over 150 events and proudly collaborated with nearly 500 independent creatives. We foster a thriving creative space through partnerships with major institutions like Arizona State University, Maricopa Community Colleges, and community-led nonprofits.

Poetry.hype: Our dedicated division (managed by Dom Root and Urban Poet) for spoken word. Hosts monthly Third Friday Poetry Only Open Mics and the signature media series, The Defined Series, breaking down "your favorite poet's favorite poem."

This or That: A fun card game and engaging web series centered on stimulating pop culture questions and debates.

Mic Check: A music recognition and ranking public interview show where we capture honest opinions on new tracks.
