Gersha represents clients in purchasing and selling single-family homes in Baltimore and surrounding counties, especially Owings Mills, MD.
Along with selling real estate, Gersha spends some of her time coaching new realtors, facilitating homebuyer & home seller education workshops, and coaching former homeowners back to their greatness of owning a home again.
Gersha Porter is an Associate Broker with United Real Estate Executives, with over 23 years of experience, and has been a lifelong resident of Baltimore City and Baltimore County. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland and Towson University.
As a full time real estate professional, Gersha genuinely enjoys helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams & goals.
In addition to being a member of the National Association of Realtors, Gersha has earned a Lifetime Membership in the Real Estate Million Dollar Association, is a member of the local Chapter of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers.
Gersha is also committed to her community. She is an officer of the Baltimore County Alumnae Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and a member of the Executive Board at her church.
