Unalome Healing

I'm Ashleigh, a Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Therapist, Yin Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Massage Therapist, Sound Practitioner and Low Tox Educator based in Northwich, Cheshire.

I've spent years working with women who are exhausted, disconnected and falling apart behind a very capable exterior. These are women who have tried the conventional routes and still don't feel right. Women whose bodies are carrying more than they've ever been taught to understand.

My work sits at the intersection of energy healing, the nervous system and the body, and I believe that real, lasting change happens when we stop trying to think our way through it and start working with the body itself.

I hold all three degrees of Usui Reiki training, 1st, 2nd and Master Teacher, alongside sessions in crystal therapy, yin yoga, massage, meditation, sound and essential oil education. Everything I teach and deliver is held ethically, safely and with the depth it deserves. Working with energy requires proper grounding, self protection and a thorough understanding of how to hold space for others, and I take that responsibility seriously.

If you've found your way here, you're probably ready for something that actually works. I'm glad you're here.
