Ramen Lab Eatery is the first modern authentic ramen shop in palm beach county specializing in freshly made hand crafted ramen noodles, hand made dumplings and many other Asian dishes. A laboratory combining modern Asian taste with authentic traditions into one. Ramen Lab Eatery originally started in March of 2016 in Boca Raton, Florida. Created From the second generation of the local Lemongrass Asian Bistro family (LMG hospitality), their vision was brought to life with a neighborhood restaurant and bar that offered fresh hand made noodles, creative takes on small plates and seasonal sake cocktails. Ramen Lab Eatery is a place for experiments and coming out with different dishes from our laboratory and the ambiance oozes that ideology of going against the grain and creating something unique. Learning true Japanese techniques and infusing them into the chef's modern day take was the heart and soul of this concept.
