About the Lead Facilitator: Laura Cowal is a registered psychotherapist, accredited music therapist and sound therapy practitioner specializing in trauma and the therapeutic use of music. She has a special interest in integrating sound and music into somatic psychotherapy to support healing from trauma and attachment wounds. Laura embraces a holistic approach, treating the whole person rather than focusing solely on symptoms. About the Co-Facilitator: Sara Saniee is the co-founder of Inner Summits, RSW & psychotherapist, and neurotherapist specializing in the field of trauma. She has a special interest in the impact of stress and trauma on the body, and in particular the use of somatic therapy, neurofeedback, and expanded states of consciousness to access healing.
