Aneeta is a trauma-informed yoga and mindfulness guide, and the co-creator of a 111-acre forest and lavender sanctuary designed for rest, reconnection, and real-life healing.
With a background that blends academic insight and lived experience, her approach goes beyond traditional yoga. After studying in the birthplace of yoga, Rishikesh, India among spiritual gurus at the foot of the Himilayas, she learned to effectively integrate breathwork, meditation, somatic movement, and sound healing to support nervous system regulation and deep inner awareness.
Aneeta’s work is grounded, compassionate, and refreshingly real. She creates spaces where you don’t have to perform or push, just arrive as you are. Her focus isn’t on fixing, but on helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom, at your own pace.
