I create guided spaces for women navigating life after harmful religion and purity culture.

After years of conversations with women leaving high-control religious environments, I saw how many were struggling with the same things: chronic guilt and shame, second-guessing themselves, loneliness, loss of identity and community, and difficulty trusting their own thoughts, needs, and desires after years of conditioning.

My work focuses on helping women rebuild self-trust, heal harmful conditioning, and experience the kind of honest, emotionally safe connection that so many people lose after leaving religion.

The events and communities I host are warm, grounded, supportive spaces that combine guided conversation, emotional processing, connection exercises, group coaching, and Mind Shifting work around shame, guilt, self-worth, and religious conditioning.

These are not debate spaces, preaching spaces, or performative self-help spaces.

They’re spaces for honesty, healing, rebuilding, and belonging - with people who truly understand the experience.
