SOMA

What is SOMA?

SOMA is a space for reconnecting with yourself through breath, movement, and embodied experience. Created from a deep desire to serve others on their journey of reconnection with themselves and others, SOMA offers grounded and emotionally safe spaces where people can step out of the noise of everyday life and return to presence, feeling, and authentic human connection. Through guided practices, intentional environments, and shared experience, SOMA invites people to slow down, soften, and reconnect with what is already within them.

Experiences

SOMA currently offers Conscious Connected Breathwork sessions designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and embodied presence. Over time, SOMA will expand into additional body-based and movement modalities, including practices focused on emotional expression, grounding, meditation, and relational connection. The vision for SOMA is to create a diverse ecosystem of experiences that help people reconnect with themselves not only mentally, but physically, emotionally, and relationally.

The Story Behind SOMA

Konstantin’s path into this work began through his own journey of reconnecting with emotional presence and the body. After years of feeling disconnected from deeper emotional experience, he was introduced to breathwork during a retreat in Mexico, where he experienced firsthand the transformative potential of conscious breathing as a tool for awareness, emotional release, and inner connection. Since then, breathwork has become an important part of both his personal practice and the spaces he facilitates. Over the past few years, he has been holding men’s circles and retreats focused on emotional expression, presence, and authentic connection. SOMA emerged naturally from this path — from a desire to create spaces where people can reconnect with themselves and others in a grounded, human, and emotionally safe way. Konstantin is certified Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator.
