Age-Friendly Niagara Council (AFNC) is a community-led organization working across Niagara to strengthen age-friendly communities and advance opportunities created by increased longevity. AFNC connects older adults, community organizations, municipalities, service providers and other partners to identify priorities, share knowledge and turn community insight into action.
