Shant'e Williams, a Socialpreneur based in Philadelphia, loves bringing people together through citywide events. As the Founder of Beaut'e Within, she orchestrates self-empowerment pageants for girls and the annual "Philly Youth Awards" ceremony for the city's youth. Shant'e is also the creative mind behind the documentary "Mask Off Holding on to You," highlighting Women Empowerment.
