The San Jose Area Writing Project, based at San Jose State University, offers the best professional development for writing teachers and quality youth writing programs both during the school year and over the summer. An affiliate of the National Writing Project and the California Subject Matter Project, the SJAWP operates under the direction of Dr. Jonathan Lovell and five Associate Directors.
