The UPAADCMDVA is an accredited foreign-based alumni chapter of the University of the Philippines Alumni Association (UPAA) and a non-profit, 501(c)3 corporation registered with the District of Columbia. Founded in 1974 by UP alumni staff at the World Bank in Washington DC, our alumni chapter was formally established in 1980 and since then our numbers have grown to over 450 members based in the metropolitan Washington DC area, Maryland and Virginia.
