Brenda MacIntyre, also known by her Indigenous name Medicine Song Woman, is a trauma-informed neurodivergent COVID-conscious personal mentor, singer and speaker. Living with Long COVID and other disabilities, Brenda delivers virtual workshops and keynotes for organizations, classrooms and COVID-conscious people.

Adopted at birth, she has Metis ancestry with Red River and Lac La Biche roots through her late biological father, and settler ancestry through her mother. Surviving the sudden, unexpected losses of her adoptive parents and her son led Brenda to weave her original music into bodies of work she’s developed over the years for finding your voice and living with grief and trauma.

Her first two languages are Spirit and Song. For over 20 years, Brenda’s mentoring, music, practices and teachings have been helping people to power up their natural gifts and creative expression to improve their lives and the lives of others.
