The Alzheimer Society of Simcoe County is dedicated to providing help for people living with dementia, and their care partners. We offer programs and services in communities right across Simcoe County.

Through Education, Navigation, Supportive Counselling and various opportunities for connection and engagement, the Alzheimer Society is here for people living with a dementia diagnosis, their carepartners, families, friends.
