We are a non-profit multisport organization that is powering sport in the Fraser Valley community. Our programs aim to educate athletes, coaches, parents, local sport organizations, and more in all areas of sport and physical activity. We offer NCCP training, professional development workshops, sport performance speaker series, multisport programs, strength and conditioning programs, and more.
