The 44.4 Mother/Artist Collective is a group of women artists working on the unceded, unsurrendered Territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation, otherwise known as Ottawa, Canada. Positioned at the intersection of motherhood and art, our collective shares knowledge, supports creative self-actualisation, and empowers professional advancement. Together, we encourage dynamic conversations through art while focusing on the importance of community-building. This special partnership with the OAG presents a series of interactive meetups about art through the lense of motherhood.
