I am passionate about the benefits of mindfulness and about the benefits of connecting with nature.
I run mindfulness practice sessions for individuals and groups, and love hosting mindful walks and events to help people to deepen their connection with nature and with themselves.
Through my business, The KJ way, I teach mindfulness tools and practices to organisations to help their teams to manage stress, overcome burnout and compassion fatigue, and to boost their resilience, focus and performance.
